How long does the programme last?
This is a 6 week programme aimed at rehabilitation after pregnancy with a goal of getting your body ready to resume normal fitness training.
How much does it cost?
This programme has a one off cost of 499aed. You will receive a 20% discount on all future ME2.0 training programmes once you have completed your 6 weeks.
