Level Up Programme
This program is ideal for those who already have some experience with exercise, whether from attending classes or working with a personal trainer. It’s the perfect next step after completing the 'Get Started' program.
Each workout in this plan offers flexibility with two intensity options: LEVEL 1 for a lighter challenge, and LEVEL 2 for a more advanced workout. This allows you to tailor the program to your current fitness level and progress at your own pace.
After signing up, review the workouts and choose the level that best matches your current fitness and how you’re feeling. Stick with that level throughout the program to maximize your results and ensure steady progress.
The programme is made up of the following workouts each week:
3 x Strength Sessions
1 x Conditioning Session
1 x Core Session
2 x Rest Days
Who is this programme for?
Those with some prior experience with exercise and are currently working out fairly regularly.
What equipment do I need?
Light dumbbells (2-5kg for Level 1, 5-10kg for Level 2)
How long does the programme last?
This programme contains one months worth of workouts, which can be completed as many times as you like with an aim of increasing your weights and moving up to intensity Level 2 when you feel ready.
What is the cost?
300 AED per month. Automatically billed on the same date each month. You can cancel or change your programme at any time with 7 days notice.
