Which Programme should I start with?
Each of the Online Programme pages has an overview of who each is suitable for. Take a read through each and see which is the most suitable for your current ability level. If you're struggling to decide, get in touch with me and I'll gladly help.

How do I Sign Up?
Simply select the programme that suits you and complete payment and checkout. After this, you'll receive notification to download the app and fill in all of your details before getting started.

What is included in my monthly subscription?
4 weeks structured progressive training programme
4-6 workouts per week
App access with ME2.0 member community
ME2.0 member Facebook group with tips & guidance

What if I want to change to a different programme?
No problem at all! When you're ready to progress onto the next programme, simply send me an email. Please give at least 7 days notice ahead of your payment date to allow the changes to be made.

Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you are not tied into your subscription once you sign up. You have the flexibility to cancel when you wish. Just give at least 7 days notice ahead of your billing date.
Going away or traveling? Don't forget you can switch to our Travel Programme temporarily to keep on track with your goals.

Do you offer personalised programmes?
Yes, I offer personalised programmes which can be tailored to your specific goals. Personalised programmes can be created for home or gym workouts, using whatever you have access to. Following your consultation we will decide how long the programme lasts, the type of training and whether nutrition guidance is included too. Please get in touch for a consultation.

What equipment do I need?
This will vary depending on which programme you choose. Please visit the page of the specific programme where equipment will be detailed. All programmes are designed to use minimal equipment to be completed at home or in the gym.

Do I need to have a gym membership?
No! My programmes are designed to be completed at home or the gym, using minimal equipment.

I have an injury, can I still sign up?
I do not recommend getting started with any of my programmes with any current injuries. Clearance from your doctor or physiotherapist would be needed before you can begin.

I've recently had a baby, can I join?
It is important that you have clearance from your doctor at your 6 week postpartum check up and that you’ve also been checked for diastasis recti and a functioning pelvic floor. Going into exercise without having these checked can cause more harm than good. Until you can engage your core properly it is not safe to get back into regular exercise.

Is there a ME2.0 community?
The app features group chats for each programme so everyone in your chat will be completing the same workouts as you, allowing you to motivate and interact with eachother along the way - no matter where you are in the world!
